Details: This Excel spreadsheet is used to automatically convert and shipper’s invoice to custom entries and upload the entries to the Asycuda World. How does it work? Broker’s email your business customsers this spreadsheet. Tell them, in order to speed up the service, please fill out the grey areas in the orange section only for their imported items. When they return it to you, you complete the blue section which is for the brokers.
Finally, you upload the speadsheet to our website and the cloud server will upload the completed entry to the Asycuda World folder under \Saved Documens\. It will also email you when process is completed.

New Feature Added: A new Column F was added to exclude CIF customers freight from the xml degroupage manifest. To exclude a customer, put the account number in column A, Consignee Business Name in column E, and type “Yes” (any case) in Column F. For other customers, type “No”. The spreadsheet contains an example.
Details: This Excel spreadsheet is also used to automatically notify customers of shipments via email addresses, SMS, WhatsApp and/or Voice messages. Download and fill out all columns except Cell G2. Cell G2 is optional and is not to be copied downward. You can change the default message to be sent in Cell G2. Afterwards, click on the upload Customer Notification Worksheet link on this website menu to upload your completed spreadsheet.
